Shipping is included in the $39.99. Books are printed within 3–5 business days and mailed, arriving 7–12 business days after you order. You get an email with tracking when it ships.
Christmas
Order the hardcover by 10 December to have it under the tree. After that, buy the digital book and send the reading link or an e-gift; the printed copy follows in the new year.
Outside the US
We ship to Canada, the UK, Australia and most of Europe. Shipping is quoted at checkout for your country and added to the $39.99.
